RETURNS

• You can return within 30 days of receiving your product from safehse clothing's online store.

• Product(s) can be returned provided that the product(s) is still in its new and original condition with its original product packaging attached with the labels.

• Original product is required.

• If the refunded product has been discounted via promo codes or vouchers, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Deliver charges are not refundable.

• Purchaser needs to be in charge to pay the delivery fee of refund product(s).

Do you provide International delivery?

For now, we do not provide international delivery as we are currently based in Malaysia only.

How do I track my orders?

You can locate your tracking number from the delivery confirmation email. Please allow a few hours after you have received the confirmation email for POS Malaysia to reflect the status of your order. If you have not received an email with your tracking number within 3 business days after purchase, check your spam folder (it might be hiding there sometimes!). If you still don't find anything there, please contact us at safehseclothing@gmail.com

 

Where do you deliver and when can I expect my parcel to arrive?  

We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Once you've made your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your order will be shipped out within 1-4 working days of the order confirmation. 
Once your order is despatched, a delivery tracking number will be sent to you via email. From there, we will let the delivery service to honour your delivery to you! 

If you haven't received your orders?

Shipping can sometimes be delayed due to weekend, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances of the postal service. If you have not received your order within 7 working days (Local orders) after the package has been shipped out, please contact us at safehseclothing@gmail.com and include your order number in the email.

 



• safehse clothing reserves the right to deny any refunds if the product(s) does not meet the return policy requirements stated above.

• Exchanges or refunds are not given for items ordered in the wrong size, colour or quantity. ​

• Please drop a text on our website's chatbox or send us an email at safehseclothing@gmail.com before returning your product. We will reply as soon as we can.
